Overview
This support article demonstrates how to change, or reset, the password on an existing email account.
Instructions
- Log into Plesk via your Conetix Account
- Click on the ‘Mail’ tab on the left-hand side of Plesk.
- Click on the address of the email account that you would like to change the password for.
- Enter your new password in the ‘Password’ and the ‘Confirm Password’ field. You can also click the ‘Generate’ button, which will automatically generate a secure password for your email account.
If you do generate a random password, make sure you click the ‘Show’ button so you can take note of what the password will be set to. - Click ‘OK’
