This article will detail the process of upgrading and downgrading your products and subscriptions from within the Conetix Control Panel. For shared hosting, this allows features such as additional hard drive space to be purchased and instantly added to your account.


  1. Login to the Conetix Control Panel.
  2. Select the 'Services' tab:

  3. Navigate to the desired subscription you wish to perform the Upgrade or Downgrade on and click "Manage Product":

  4. Select 'Upgrade/Downgrade Options' on the right hand side:

  5. Select the resource item to upgrade or downgrade:
  6. Verify the requested changes and select 'Click to Continue >>':


  7. If paying by credit card, add the CVV number and click Submit Payment.

You have successfully completed performed an upgrade or downgrade on your subscription.
