Overview
When you cancel a Domain through Conetix whether it be by email or the admin portal you will continue to receive emails informing you that a domain that you have registered is going to expire in X amount of days.
This email is not sent out by mistake and does not mean that your request to not renew the domain hasn’t been acknowledged and processed.
As an authorised domain re-seller, Conetix is required to send these notices under the Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers (ICANN) regulations:
Registrars (or re-sellers) are required to send two renewal reminders one month and one week before (and within five days after) the expiration of a domain name. The registrar must display on its website the methods for sending these notices.

These emails can be ignore if you have recently requested that the Domain be Cancelled
