Overview

This support article describes how to access your email remotely via an Internet browser using Webmail. This can be a convenient way to remotely access your email when you’re out of the office or having issues with your primary computer.

Instructions

  1. Open up your Internet browser e.g. Internet Explorer, Safari, Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox.
  2. The URL for accessing Webmail is in the format https://webmail.domain.tld replacing domain.tld with your domain name.

    e.g. To access Emails for info@conetix.com the URL will be https://webmail.conetix.com.

  3. The Username is your FULL Email address.

  4. This will then log you in and allow you to read existing email as well as compose new emails.
