This article describes how to add a Credit Card to your Conetix hosting account.

Note: These instructions are for the previous billing system. If you've been migrated to the new platform, please use the following instructions: https://www.conetix.com.au/support/article/how-to-add-credit-card

Alternatively, please call our support team on 1800 789 260 to provide these details over the phone.

Instructions

  1. Go to the URL https://admin.conetix.com.au/cp or click on the Control Panel  link at the top of our website.
  2. Once the page loads, enter your Email Address and  Password into, then click on "Sign in".

  3. Once logged in click on the Account tab:

  4. Under the Billing Management section click on Payment Methods:

  5. Next click on New Payment Method:

  6. Fill in details as required then OK to save:

  7. The new credit card has now been added to the system. If you have an outstanding amount, the system will prompt you to pay these documents.
