Overview
This article demonstrates how to set up an email signature with a graphic or image logo in Roundcube webmail.
Instructions
- Login to Roundcube webmail for your domain.
- Once logged in, click the “Settings” button from the left-hand menu.

- Under “Settings” go to Preferences > Composing Messages.

- From the “Main Options” menu, under “Compose HTML messages select “Always”, then click “Save”.

- Under “Settings” go to “Identities” and enter the relevant information for your email signature.

- In order to insert an Image into your Signature, you must be working in HTML Editing Mode. You can enter HTML mode by clicking the Picture icon above your signature.

- Click on the Image icon in the signature toolbar to insert an Image – note that your image can only be a maximum of 64KB in size.
If your image exceeds this size limit, please either reduce its size in an image editing program, or contact your graphic designer for a lower resolution copy of your logo.

- Under the Source field, click the Browse icon to upload an image.

- Click the “Add Image” button.

- Navigate to your image file, and click Open.

- Click on the image file you uploaded to select it, then click OK.


- Now when you create an new email, the email signature and graphic will appear automatically.
