How to Disable Mailbox Storage in Plesk

Overview

Plesk has the ability to turn off mailbox storage for email accounts. This is very useful if you plan to forward an inbox and never login to it directly which allows you to save space on the server.

Instructions

1. Login to Plesk.
   
2. Open the Mail Tab:
   
3. Click Mail Accounts:
   
4. Find the account you wish to turn off mailbox storage for and click it:
   
5. Untick the Mailbox option:
   
6. Click OK:
