Overview

From time to time customers using our Spam Experts filtering service as a stand alone product may need to update the destination that the spam filter delivers to. This guide will step you through replacing the existing configured destination.

Instructions

  1. Login to your Conetix Control Panel:

  2. Click Services:

  3. Find your Professional SpamFilter – Inbound product and click Manage Product:

  4. In the new window select Manage Routes:

  5. Under Add a route enter your new destination’s Hostname and Port:

  6. Click Add:

  7. To remove your previous destionation, click the Delete button in the Action column next to the old destionation:

  8. When prompted to confirm deletion, click OK:

Your new destionation is now active!
