Overview
From time to time customers using our Spam Experts filtering service as a stand alone product may need to update the destination that the spam filter delivers to. This guide will step you through replacing the existing configured destination.
Instructions
- Login to your Conetix Control Panel:
- Click Services:
- Find your Professional SpamFilter – Inbound product and click Manage Product:
- In the new window select Manage Routes:
- Under Add a route enter your new destination’s Hostname and Port:
- Click Add:
- To remove your previous destionation, click the Delete button in the Action column next to the old destionation:
- When prompted to confirm deletion, click OK:
Your new destionation is now active!
