Through the Conetix Control Panel (CP), you are able to view and print previous invoices, previous payments and view the amount outstanding. Each of these items is emailed out to the nominated billing contact as well.

To view the details, simply login to our CP and follow the instructions below.

View Current Balance

This will show the money currently owed to Conetix, or display a $0.00 balance if your account is up-to-date. 

  1. Once you have logged into the CP, click on the Account tab:

  2. Under Billing Management, you will see the current balance. A negative balance means that you owe money to Conetix, which will then be reflected in the amount to be paid.

View Billing History

This will give you an overview of what orders, invoices and payments have been made to your Conetix account. Each payment also lists the corresponding invoice. 

  1. Once you have logged into the CP, click on the Account tab:

  2. Click on Billing History:

  3. This will display a list of payments, orders and invoices. Each of these items you're able to click on to get further information or to reprint:

  4. To do so, simply click on the Document Type, Document Number or ID of the entry.

Download or Print an Invoice

  1. To reprint an Invoice, go through the steps to View Billing History above and click on the invoice.
  2. At the bottom of the invoice there is an option to Download PDF:

  3. This will generate the invoice in PDF form, which is the most consistent way to store a copy or to print.  To print, simply open in the PDF reader (for example, Adobe Reader) and print.
