This support article demonstrates how to remove an existing email alias which is no longer required, or change from Email Alias to its own Email Account/Mailbox.

After the email alias has been removed, emails will bounce to this address.


  1. Log into Conetix Control Panel or Plesk Panel.
  2. Click on Mail in the menu on the left, then the Email address you wish to remove the alias from:
  3. Next Click on the Email Aliases tab. 
    For this example we will remove the email alias "admin@yourdomainname.help
    Remove the wording admin , Click "OK" to save.

    For this example we will remove the email alias "enquiry@yourdomainname.help
    Click on Remove to the right of the email alias Click "OK" to save.

  4. When the page refresh's you should now see the email aliases selected have been removed successfully.
