Overview
For customers using Outlook on Microsoft Windows to access their emails Conetix may sometimes ask for Advanced Outlook Diagnostics so we’re able to better assist. Use this article to generate and send a diagnostic report to Conetix.
Instructions
- From the computer that needs troubleshooting, visit the Microsoft SARA tool website:

- Look for “Advanced Diagnostics (Outlook)” then click “Outlook Advanced Diagnostic Solution“:
- Open the downloaded file:
- The application will launch and begin gathering data:
- Once the application is finished collecting data, click ‘View Results in my Browser’:
- Once the diagnostics data is open in your web browser, right click in an empty white space and then click Save As:
- Save the file to your Desktop:
- On your Desktop select the Outlook Configuration.html and attach to your email reply.
- On your Desktop select the Outlook Configuration_files folder and attach all files in the folder to your reply email:
