This article will step you through updating your Conetix account profile details.

You may need to update the profile details if your business address has changed, the main listed account contact is no longer with the company, or the email address/phone number on the account are no longer correct.

Instructions

Updating Contact Details

  1. Access your Conetix Account.
  2. In the top right click Hello, <Your name> and this will open a drop-down. From here click My Details.

  3. Here you can update the Account details, excluding the Company Name.

  4. Once the new details have been filled out and checked click Save Changes at the bottom
