This article describes where to locate your website hosting error log in Plesk 12. The error log will assist in resolving issues such as blank pages when diagnosing issues with your website.

Upgraded Log functionality is already available in Plesk 12.5 and we highly recommend you upgrade.


  1. Log into Plesk.
  2. Click on Website & Domains tab > then "Show More":
  3. Next click on "Logs":
  4. When the page is refreshed click on "error_log"
  5. A pop window will open the error_log file in the browser.
