Overview

This support article details how you can whitelist an email address in Microsoft Outlook. Whitelisting an email address can help ensure that legitimate messages are not being sent to your junk/spam folders.

Please keep in mind that this process will only whitelist the email in Outlook. If the email is failing to be received by Outlook at all, you will need to look elsewhere.

Instructions

  1. In Outlook, go to Home > Junk > Junk E-mail Options

  2. Click on Safe Senders in the Junk Email Options

  3. Click Add

  4. Enter the email address you are looking to whitelist, then click OK

  5. The email will now be whitelisted in Outlook and should no longer be sent to junk/spam
