Conetix has acquired Soularc. Your hosting is now managed by Conetix — one of Australia's most established hosting companies, operating since 1999. We share Soularc's belief that everybody should be able to create on the web, and we've invested in upgrading the infrastructure, security and support available to you.
Do I need to do anything? ▼
In most cases, no. Your websites, emails and files have already been migrated. Simply log in at admin.conetix.com using the credentials provided in your welcome email. If you haven't received a welcome email, please contact our support team.
What happens to my Soularc logins (host.soularc.net, billing.soularc.net, webmail.soularc.net)? ▼
Existing Soularc subdomains will continue to redirect during the transition period. Your new home for everything — web hosting control panel, billing and webmail — is admin.conetix.com. Bookmark it now.
Will my website or email go down during the transition? ▼
No. We perform all migrations with zero downtime. Your websites and email continue to function throughout the entire process. You won't notice any interruption to your services.
What about my VPS — will it keep running? ▼
Yes. Your VPS continues with the same resources, operating system, IP and root/SSH access. Once you're settled in, our team can review whether a Conetix VPS plan would deliver more performance or features at the same price.
What about my game server? ▼
Existing game hosting customers will continue to be supported through the transition. A member of our team will reach out personally to discuss the long-term plan for your game workload — whether that's keeping it on dedicated infrastructure, or moving it onto a Conetix VPS plan.
Will my pricing change? ▼
Your existing plan and pricing are honoured. You'll continue paying the same amount for your hosting. In fact, you'll now get more features included at no extra cost — such as Imunify360 security, Plesk control panel, and daily backups to our Secure Vault.
