What’s Changing:
Microsoft will be updating pricing for certain Mircosoft 365 plans.
From 1 July 2026, Microsoft is introducing pricing and packaging changes across a number of Microsoft 365 commercial plans.
These changes will result in price increases for many Business, Enterprise, Frontline and standalone Microsoft 365 services, with existing customers generally moving to the new pricing at their next renewal.
Alongside the pricing updates, Microsoft is also adding new features to selected plans.
Depending on the licence, this may include additional mailbox storage, URL time-of-click protection, Copilot Chat enhancements, Copilot Chat Analytics, Defender for Office 365 Plan 1, and selected Intune security and management features.
For businesses using Microsoft 365, this is a good time to review current licences and ensure each user is on the right plan before the new pricing takes effect.
