Overview

When using the Plesk WP Toolkit to perform a WordPress Update for the WordPress core, plugin or theme, before the update begins, WP Toolkit creates a snapshot of the website that includes the WordPress database and files (excluding the directory wp-content, whose content is not affected by the update).

If anything goes wrong during the update, you can roll-back to this snapshot and restore your website’s availability.

Note: Each website can have only one snapshot. On the next update, the previous snapshot is replaced.
