Overview
This article will step you through the process of ordering additional Google Workspace licenses via your Conetix Account.
This is necessary in order to create additional email accounts within your Google Workspace, or to license a new user with additional functionality.
Instructions
- Log into your Conetix Account.
- Navigate to Services -> My Services, from the left-hand menu.
- Click the Manage button next to the Google Workspace license type that you would like to order an additional license for.
- Select Upgrade/Downgrade Options from the right-hand menu.
- Change the number under New Configuration to match the new number of licenses (“Seats”) that you would like to have.
Then, press the Click to Continue button.
- Check to confirm that your order details are correct, select your preferred Payment Method, then Click to Continue.
- Enter your payment info as needed, then click Submit Payment.
- Once payment has been received and your Invoice marked as Paid, your new licenses will be automatically provisioned within your Google Workspace account.
