No. We take great care to ensure all your existing emails, folders, contacts, and calendars (if applicable) are successfully migrated with no data loss.
How long does the migration take?
This depends on the number of mailboxes and how much data is involved. A typical small business migration can take a few hours. We’ll provide an estimated timeframe beforehand.
Is there a contract?
No. After your first three months free, you then pay month by month and can cancel anytime.
Can I still use my email during the migration?
Yes. In most cases, you’ll be able to continue sending and receiving emails. We schedule the final cutover to minimise downtime, typically outside business hours.
