Overview

The following article demonstrates how to create a new subscription under an existing customer in Plesk. This is particularly useful to allow you to manage multiple hosting within a VPS, so that hosting subscriptions can be linked to particular customer.

Instructions

  1. Once logged in to Plesk, click on “Customers” and then under “Customer Name” click on the customer you want to add the subscription to.

  2. Under the customer account, click on “Add New Subscription”.hostings
  3. Under “Add Subscription” add the relevant details for the hosting. The User name and password will be the FTP details for the new hosting. Click “OK”.

  4. Under “Subscriptions” you’ll now be able to see the new subscription assigned to the relevant customer.
