Overview

SOGo is one of the newer web based interfaces for reading your existing email hosted with Conetix. Recently, we have made it available for all of our business hosting environments but don’t set for your webmail by default.

If you wish to try out SOGo Webmail for your hosting, please follow the instructions below.

When switching webmail from Roundcube to SOGo, webmail contacts are not carried across.
Please follow our support article how to first export contacts from Roundcube.

Instructions

  1. Login into Plesk via the Conetix Control Panel.
  2. For the domain you wish to enable it for, select Mail:

  3. Click on Mail Settings:

  4. Where it’s allowing you to choose the Webmail application, select SOGo and click OK:

  5. When you visit the webmail URL for your domain (https://webmail.<yourdomainname>), you should then see the SOGo login:

  6. Enter your existing email address and password to login and start using SOGo.

Import Contacts

  1. Log into SOGo Webmail (https://webmail.<yourdomainname>)
  2. Once logged in, click on Address Book icon top right of page.

  3. Next click on the 3 dots beside Personal Address Book.

  4. Next Import.

  5. Next Click on UPLOAD, browse & select .vcf file for importing.

  6. You should now see your imported contacts.
