This Support Article describes how to provide Conetix access to your GoDaddy Account.
Conetix access maybe required in the event of Migrating Hosting Services, e.g. Updating Name Servers and/or DNS Records, Migrating Website Hosting.

Instructions

  1. Log into your Godaddy Account – https://au.godaddy.com/
  2. Next Navigate to Account Settings > Delegate Access:

  3. Next Click Invite to Access:

  4. Fill in the below Details then click on Invite:
    Name: Conetix Support
    Email: notifications@conetix.com.au
    Access Level: Products & Domains

  5. Conetix will receive an email to notifications@conetix.com.au to accept the invitation and manage respective Services with GoDaddy.
