Overview

​To facilitate effective support and collaboration between yourself and Conetix, you can add Conetix as a collaborator to your SiteGround-hosted website. This access allows the Conetix team to assist with the migration of your website. The following steps will guide you through the process of adding as a collaborator.

Instructions

  1. Login to your SiteGround Client Area.
  2. Once logged in, click on your profile icon located in the top-right corner.
    From the dropdown menu, select Manage Users:
    siteground manage users
  3. On the Manage Users page, click the Add New User button:
    siteground add new user
  4. In the pop-up window, choose the Collaborator option.
    • Select the specific website you wish to grant access to.
    • Enter “Conetix Support” as the name.​
    • Input “” as the email address.​
  5. After filling in the details, click Add to send an invitation to Conetix.​
    We will receive an email invitation to create the collaborator profile with SiteGround.
