Inviting Conetix to a Cloudflare Account

Overview

This Process steps you through Inviting Conetix to your Cloudflare account so we can assist with Migrations and DNS-related issues.

Instructions

1. Log in to the Cloudflare dashboard.
2. On the left-hand menu, go to Manage Account > Members:
   
3. Select Invite:
   
4. Fill out the following information:
   • Invite members: Enter the email address
   • Scope: Set the Type to All domains. If you have multiple domains, you can set the Type to A specific domain and in the Name field select the domain.
   • Roles: Choose the role Administrator, or if ‘A specific domain’ was selected for scope, it will be Domain Administrator.

5. At the bottom of the page, click Continue to summary.
6. Review the information, then select Invite.
