This Support article describes how to reset the FTP password for a Plesk hosting subscription.

Instructions

  1. Firstly, login to the Conetix Admin Panel. 
  2. Once on the home page, select the ‘Services’ tab

  3. Navigate and select the relevant service with the details you wish to update and select ‘Manage Product’

  4. Under ‘One Click Login’ select ‘Plesk’

  5. Once logged into the Control Panel / Plesk login select Website & Domains tab:
    plesk - reset ftp password
  6. Next click on FTP Access:

  7. Click on the FTP Username you would like to reset the password:
    plesk - reset ftp password
  8. You have the option to enter your own password or Generate a new password via Plesk.
    If using the Generate option please click on the Show button to view the password and store in a safe place.

  9. Click OK to save and then test via an FTP to confirm the changes.
