Overview
This support article will step you through unsuspending a domain on your shared hosting subscription with Conetix.
Instructions
- Log into Plesk via the Conetix Control Panel.
- In Plesk, check for the domain that has been suspended; it should be at the top unless you have multiple domains/sub-domains.
- Next to the domain name, it will show Suspended with an arrow next to it:

- Click on Suspended to open a drop-down, then click Active:

- The page will refresh and confirm that the hosting has been unsuspended:
