Overview

This support article will step you through unsuspending a domain on your shared hosting subscription with Conetix.

Instructions

  1. Log into Plesk via the Conetix Control Panel.
  2. In Plesk, check for the domain that has been suspended; it should be at the top unless you have multiple domains/sub-domains.
  3. Next to the domain name, it will show Suspended with an arrow next to it:

  4. Click on Suspended to open a drop-down, then click Active:

  5. The page will refresh and confirm that the hosting has been unsuspended:

If you get the below error message, you will need to contact the Support Team on or 1300 789 260 and we can unsuspend the hosting for you:
