Overview

This article will detail the process of updating a domain’s nameservers through NetRegistry / Webcentral to Conetix.

Ensure you have replicated your DNS Zone over to Conetix before proceeding as updating these without doing so will cause your Website / Emails to go down. If you are unsure please contact us here

Instructions

  1. Log in to your Webcentral / Netregistry account here 
    update nameservers from netregistry / webcentral to conetix
  2. Select “Manage” for the domain you wish to modify
    update nameservers from netregistry / webcentral to conetix
  3. Select “Domain Delegation”
    update nameservers from netregistry / webcentral to conetix
  4. Modify the nameservers to Conetix as follows:
    ns1.conetix.com
    ns2.conetix.com
    update nameservers from netregistry / webcentral to conetix
  5. You have now updated your Nameservers to Conetix.

Please be aware some hosts take up to 24 hours to update the Nameservers.
