Overview
This article aims to guide you through updating the Customer a Subscription is assigned. You may wish to change the Customer when you create a new subscription as Plesk assigns subscriptions to the Administrator Account by default.
Instructions
- login to your VPS and click on Subscriptions:
- Search for the subscription you wish to change the Customer for:
- Tick the Box for the Subscription you are changing and click Change Subscriber:
- A list of existing Customers will be displayed. The current Owner is noted in bold:
- If you have multiple Customers, you can search for a specific one using the search options:
- Select a new owner for the subscription by clicking the selection dot to the left of the Name column then click Next:
- Check all details of the new subscriber including the IP address being assigned. You can select a new IP address if you have more than one allocated to your server.
- Click Finish:
