Suspicious “Domain almost out of storage” Phishing Emails

Overview

Client’s should look out for phishing emails appearing to originate from “system administrator “. The emails claim that your email services or delivery of emails has been suspended or blocked due to you running out of storage and require you to sign in or click a link in order to go to storage and manage your data.
Phishing emails are designed to steal login usernames and passwords for your account and should be deleted.

Below is an example of the email:

You're almost out of storage and may not receive new emails, You've used 99% of the 15 GB of DOMAIN NAME Account storage.
Once you run out of space, you won't be able to send or receive emails. To prevent any interruption in service,

Go here- https://webclient.DOMAINAME/settings/storage/ go to storage and manage your data.

Failure to carry out the above as soon as possible could result in new incoming email being blocked.
