As part of the migration of your email service to Conetix, some changes to the configuration within your email client may be required. These email clients include (but not limited to):

  • Outlook 2010 / 2013 / 2016
  • Apple Mail
  • Thunderbird

If you have been sent a link to this form and require assistance (free of charge) to update your email settings, one of the Conetix team will call you at the specified time and talk you through the process to update. 

Alternatively, you can follow one of our guides below to reconfigure the email client at the scheduled changeover time (doing so early may mean you don’t get the latest emails):
