Unfortunately Cloud services such as Microsoft 365 can occasionally have service availability issues. While events where services become completely unavailable are rare, they can occur.
Microsoft 365 services are external to the Conetix network, as such Conetix is unable to resolve issues with the Microsoft 365 platform.
