Overview

In order for your mail to be filtered via Conetix Local SpamExperts system you need to modify your DNS records to our SpamExperts AntiSpam platform.

The following details are the MX records required to replace your existing MX record or records.

Prerequisite

You must have a stand alone SpamExperts subscription or web hosting subscription that has SpamExperts included in plan with Conetix.

Avoid

If you change your MX records without a valid subscription with Conetix you will lose emails. Contact our support team if you are unsure.

Instructions

Add the following MX records to your DNS.

PriorityMX Record
0mx1.mailfilter.email
10mx2.mailfilter.email
20mx3.mailfilter.email

Warning

Remove all other MX records or your email may not be filtered.
