Clients using Microsoft 365 via Conetix have connectors created on deployment.

Other Web Hosts

If your email host includes spam filtering our recommendation is to use your email hosts email filtering. However if you’d like to use our filtering service instead it’s highly recommend you disable the filter on your email host’s side.

Please note that having multiple spam filters active on a domain can result in email flow problems.

If you’re unsure how to accomplish the above we recommend consulting your IT provider or current email host for assistance.
