Overview
No spam filtering system is 100% accurate at detecting if a message is spam which can result in an email detected incorrectly.
You may find that a client has alerted you to this by calling to ask about an email you haven’t replied to. In this article we’ll guide you through setting up a daily email report showing the last 24 hours of quarantined messages.
Instructions
- Access the SpamExperts system via your current subscription; which is either a stand alone product or via one of our web hosting subscriptions.
- Once logged into SpamExperts Select Logs under Incoming:
- Set the Timestamp to the previous 24 hours:
- Add a new rule by clicking the New Rule button:
- In the new drop down box, select Status:
- Click the right hand field and select “Quarantined”:
- Click the Show Results button to run the search:
- Now click Email this search button above the Query Rules area:
- Enter a Subject for the report such as “Quarantined Emails”:
- Click the Delivery drop down and select Weekdays at 09:00:
- Set Sender to :
- For Recipient enter your email address:
- Select row(en_US) for the Template Name:
- When ready, select the ‘Schedule’ button:
